Terms Of Service
By commissioning me you agree to follow these terms and any violation can result in artwork not being completed and you being blacklisted.1. Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. You can use it as a profile picture/banner/etc, but you cannot use it for profit such as advertising.
2. I maintain all rights to the artwork. Putting my art into an Artificial Intelligence (AI) model is strictly prohibited. Editing my art is also prohibited. Claiming my artwork as your own for any reason is also prohibited.
3. Prices listed may vary depending on the complexity of the commission
4. You can post the artwork on non-monetized platforms so long as you credit me. Discord @fullmetalshrimp2513 or link this carrd.co page.
5. Payment is taken through ko-fi only. A deposit of 50% must be made before I will start working, which is non-refundable.
6. Any aggressive, rude or inappropriate behaviour towards me will result in the commission being cancelled and I will no longer work with you. I am a person with feelings as you are, please respect that fact and be kind. I will not tolerate disrespect.
7. Prices listed are base prices and may vary depending on the specifics of the commission. This will all be discussed in detail and I will provide you with a final price for the artwork(s).By commissioning me you confirm that you have read, understood and agree with the terms laid out above. Any violation of these terms will result in the commission being cancelled.
